Cancellation Policy

At Accra Beach Party, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We understand that plans may change, so we have outlined our Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness. Please read this policy carefully before booking an event.
1. Event Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1. Cancellation by the Guest
• 7 Days or More Before the Event Date: If you cancel at least 7 days before the event date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees charged by payment providers.
• Less Than 7 Days Before the Event Date: If you cancel within 7 days of the event, your payment is non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the event and have not canceled in advance, no refund will be issued.
1.2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your booking, please contact us via:

• Booking Portal: If you booked through a third-party service (e.g., Eventbrite, Paystack, or other platforms), follow their cancellation process.
We will process your cancellation and confirm your refund (if applicable) within 7 business days.
2. Event Rescheduling & Transfers
2.1. Rescheduling an Event
If you can no longer attend an event but wish to reschedule for a future date, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. We will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
2.2. Transferring Your Ticket
You may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend. To do this:
1. Notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
2. Provide the new attendee’s name and contact details.
3. Ensure the new attendee meets the age and entry requirements of the event.
Note: Some tickets (such as VIP or special promotions) may be non-transferable. Please check your ticket details before requesting a transfer.
3. Cancellation by Accra Beach Party
3.1. Event Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, Accra Beach Party may cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
• Extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms, flooding)
• Government restrictions or safety regulations
• Low attendance
• Other force majeure events
If we cancel an event, you will be entitled to one of the following options:
1. Full refund of your ticket price.
2. Ticket transfer to another upcoming event of equal or lesser value.
Refunds for event cancellations initiated by us will be processed within 10 business days.
3.2. Event Postponement
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
4. Special Promotions & Non-Refundable Tickets
Certain tickets (such as discounted early-bird tickets, promo packages, or group offers) may be marked as non-refundable. Please check your booking details before purchasing.
5. Refund Processing Time
• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
